Our first book of David Hammons’s work (here produced jointly with Chie Hammons). We worked directly with him in our studio to develop how the publication would reflect this enigmatic exhibition. Modestly sized, without any curatorial text, and with a title page at the back of the book, the reader first encounters the gallery’s doorman before proceeding through the show.
