We worked closely with Whitney curator Barbara Haskell to create a publication that would both recontextualize Wood's iconic paintings and bring to light lesser known works of this enigmatic American artist. For the endpapers, we created a pattern based on the fabric in the woman’s apron in “American Gothic.”
